OverviewDemiDrop is a software service that provides creator-facing and user-facing functionality related to supported commerce platforms, including account connection, link routing, attribution-related processing, billing-related processing, and related platform operations.DemiDrop may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.2. EligibilityYou may use DemiDrop only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party platform requirements.If you use DemiDrop on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.3. Your ResponsibilitiesYou are responsible for your use of DemiDrop and for any information, accounts, links, storefronts, content, or other materials you connect, submit, or make available through the service.You agree not to:use DemiDrop for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service
misrepresent your identity, authority, or ownership of connected accounts or storefronts
use DemiDrop in violation of third-party platform rules, contractual restrictions, or intellectual property rights
4. Third-Party PlatformsDemiDrop may integrate with third-party services and commerce platforms. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms, privacy practices, pricing, account requirements, technical limitations, and policies.DemiDrop is not responsible for the availability, actions, behavior, data accuracy, pricing, restrictions, compatibility, or policy changes of any third-party platform.Certain DemiDrop features may depend on third-party permissions, APIs, account status, merchant plan eligibility, or platform behavior. DemiDrop does not guarantee that all accounts, configurations, or platform tiers will be compatible with the service.5. Attribution and FeesFor accounts that agree to applicable billing terms, DemiDrop may calculate a platform fee based on confirmed attributed activity as defined by the service at the time of use.Attribution and billing-related processing may depend on integrations, redirects, click records, platform data, event data, and related signals. DemiDrop does not guarantee that all activity will be captured, attributed, matched, or processed without error.6. No Guarantee of ResultsDemiDrop does not guarantee any particular level of performance, traffic, conversions, sales, attribution, revenue, uptime, compatibility, availability, or business outcome.The service is provided as a software tool and may change over time.7. Suspension or TerminationDemiDrop may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe a user has violated these Terms, created risk, misused the platform, or used the service in a way that could harm DemiDrop, its users, or third parties.8.
